And view from regional development, since the Canadian Price Deal in 2011 investment immigrant market in the central and west regions trends to increase. As the interior of China’s economy, the fast development of central and west region in current years brings numerous high asset groups and hot demand of investment migrant. But the central and west immigration agency is not professional enough to deal with related business at this moment.

The immigration wave brings a broader prospect as well as an in-depth reconstruction for immigration service industry. Before 2001 most of the immigration service institutions are in small scale. In 2002, the first immigration certification system issued by the Exit and Entry Management Bureau brings the first reconstruction of immigration service industry that some corporations which are small size and lack of reputation are eliminated from the industry. Data shows that in 2010 there are less than 700 immigration agencies which with entry and exit certification, most of them are in coastal cities or economic developed regions such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong. Among which, there are only about 1/3 of the corporations provide immigration service while most of them are in non-operating state. Further more, among the 200 corporations there is only 1/4 actively running business. And for the 50 active corporations, about 25 ones actively involve in the market development.
