From January to November 2009, the ranking list of value-added of enterprises above designated size in total accumulative growth by province is: Anhui 21.7%, Hunan 19.6%, Jiangxi 18.5%, Hubei 17.8%, Henan 13.2%, and Shanxi –1.8%. The ranking list of urban fixed asset of total investment in total accumulative growth by province is: Hunan 45.6%, Shanxi 41.9%, Jiangxi 39.8%, Hubei 37.5%, Anhui 36.4%, and Henan 33.5%. From January to November, the ranking list of real estate investment in total accumulative growth by province is: Shanxi 53.4%, Hubei 35.5%, Henan 29.5%, Anhui 24.3%, Hunan 17.3% and Jiangxi 15.8%.
From January to November 2009, the ranking list of fiscal revenue in total accumulative growth by province is: Jiangxi 18.3%, Anhui 18.1%, Hunan 13.4%, Hubei 11.9%, Henan 9.0% and Shanxi 3.8%. In terms of the overall retail sales of social consumption products in total accumulative growth by province, Jiangxi was tied with Hubei for the third place among 6 central provinces in China; Hunan was tied with Shanxi for the top place, which shows little gap among provinces in the growth of this point. The ranking list of it is Hunan and Shanxi 19.1%, Henan 19.0%, Jiangxi and Hubei 18.9%, and Anhui 18.8%.
