China has stepped into an aging society since 2000. By 2010, population to China is 1.339 billion of which the 60-year-old or above accounts for 13.26%. And it will be a fast growing period for China aging population from 2011 to 2040. It is predicted that the 60-year-old or above will reach 0.2 billion in 2014 while it will be 0.3 billion in 2026 and China will become a super aging country.

The accelerating aging will benefit the medical industry from a long-term view. And considering from the prevalence rate of chronic disease for the aging, it is as high as 64.5%. Moreover, the course of treatment is long in many cases and with poor prognosis and large cost. View from the medicine consumption ratio for the aging, it is over 50%. Therefore, the accelerating progress of the aging will surely promote the demand of medicine. What’s more, due to the advantages such as rapid and reliable effect, the injection products will be more popular for patients.
