However, limited by the market and policies, the foreign tobacconists in China’s market are still in the starting stage at present. Prospecting from the proportion of profit and quantity for enterprises of different natures in 2010, the state-owned corporations are in predominance and absolute advantage with a sales revenue ratio of 83.62%, profit ratio of 89.22% and quantity ratio of 51.20%. All the three data for foreign enterprises are less than 2%.
