With the fast growing national economy and improving modernization level of production and living, the demand and volume of road transportation dangerous goods are increasing annually. According to statistics, the annual volume of road transportation dangerous goods is about 200 million tons in China, among which that of the highly toxic cyanide is hundreds of thousands of tons while that of the inflammable and explosive oil product is 100 million tons. In one word, the logistics of dangerous goods are formed. Product demands of petroleum and chemical keep increasing which will promote the fast development of corresponding product transport industry. Cold chain logistics refer to the refrigerated and frozen foods will be kept in low temperature environment from production to store and transport, sales and before sales. It is a systematic project to ensure the food quality and reduce food loss. And it is built up along with the development of science and technology as well as refrigeration technology. The cold chain logistic is the low temperature logistic process which bases on freezing technology and takes the refrigeration technology as a mean.

At present, there are about 400 million tons of fresh farm products involving in the circulation in China annually. The ratio of cold chain logistic gradually increases that it is 5%, 15% and 23% for garden stuff, meat and aquatic product while the ratio of refrigerated transport for them is 15%, 30% and 40%. There is a serious post-harvest loss for China’s farm products for a long time, that the loss rate of garden stuff, meat and aquatic product is 20-30%, 12% and 15% with an annual loss of 48.07 million tons, 5.55 million tons and 7.3 million tons. The economic loss for garden stuff only is over 100 billion Yuan annually. However, over 95% of farm products will in the cold chain systematic circulation in developed countries such as European countries, America and Japan. The loss of farm products in China has an adverse effect in agricultural production, increasing farmers’ income, residents’ consumption quality and food security.

Industries need to transport the bulky equipment include petrochemical industry, mechanical and electrical construction industry and others. With the upgrade of China nuclear power industry and large chemical equipment, and increasing demand of kiloton mill equipment, the demand of large traction truck keep growing in China. It is predicted that by 2020 20 ten million ton refining bases and 11 million ton ethylene bases will be completed, among which there are about 350 thousand tons of bulky equipment need to transport. The industry adjustment plan issued by State Council proposes 20 projects which need to relocate and at least 800 thousand tons of bulky equipment need to transport. The power plant equipment and nuclear power project are also important content in the plan that the transportation capacity will be 86 million kilowatts by 2020. Take the million kilowatt nuclear power as an example there will be 86 nuclear power projects and at east 1.8 thousand bulky equipments. And the capacity for wind power project will be 0.15 billion kilowatts by 2020 which requires 100 thousand stand-alones and the blower of 1,500 kilowatts. The new capacity for hydropower will be about 0.19 billion kilowatts which is equal to the total capacity of ten Three Gorges hydropower stations. The bulky cargo transport industry plays an important in ensuring the smooth construction of national heavy industry and the construction of livelihood projects and power grid.
