According to major data from the national second economic census results by the National Bureau of Statistics, the main business revenue of national property management industry was 207.67 billion Yuan. In terms of regional development, the main business revenue in eastern region was 148.66 billion Yuan, accounting for 72% of the national revenue; the main business revenue in western region was 23.5 billion Yuan, accounting for 11%; the main business revenue in north-eastern region was 21.27 billion Yuan, accounting for 10%; and the main business revenue in central region was 14.24 billion Yuan, accounting for 7%. The per capital industrial outputs of property management were 98,600 Yuan, 96,900 Yuan, 53,200 Yuan and 45,900 Yuan respectively.

According to the research result of China excellent property management services enterprises from Forward Industry Research Center, in recent year, the marketization of China property management industry develops very rapidly, the top 100 enterprises fully display their resources advantages and brand effects, and then positively expand the market, so the service size enlarges rapidly. From 2008 to 2010, the total construction areas governed by the top 100 enterprises grew nearly 2.8 times as high as the growth rate of national completed construction areas, and the market shares improves greatly. In 2010, the total construction areas of top 100 enterprises reached 9.435 million sqm, with a year-on-year increase of 33.0%. 25 of the top 100 enterprises have more than 10 million sqm of service areas, among which the Vanke Property, Green City Property, CCPG, Gemdale Property, Poly Property and Zhonghai Wuye have more than 20 million sqm of total construction areas in their on-going governed projects. And the scale development trend of top 100 enterprises becomes more and more prominent.

Among the top 100 enterprises, the top 10 of them entering State-owned real estate enterprise brands are: Greenland (9.097 billion Yuan), China Resources Land (7.387 billion Yuan), Sino-Ocean Land (7.277 billion Yuan), Citic Real Estate (6.886 billion Yuan), China Merchants Property (6.886 billion Yuan), BCDH (4.934 billion Yuan), Financial Street Holding (4.726 billion Yuan), China Urban Construction Real Estate (4.568 billion Yuan), Beijing Capital Land (4.336 billion Yuan), and Cofco Property (4.212 billion Yuan).
