Among them, Shenzhen World Union Appraisal Company has the highest income revenue; Shenzhen Great strategy Appraisal Company has the largest construction area of appraisal; and Renda Real Estate Appraisal Company has the largest land area of appraisal and the highest total value of appraisal. The real estate industry is one of intermediary industries to provide professional economic services, such as consultancy and services, for land transfer, mortgage and loan, real estate business and real estate demands. But at the moment, the real estate appraisal business scope is relatively narrow; the types of business are not far too simple. Moreover, since the methods of appraisal are limited, if many real estate appraisal activities have been done, those reports will be very similar, which is with low technological content. Then, the pay for the appraisal will be lower down.
