Production of China rubber tire in December, 2011 is 73.16 million with a year-on-year growth rate of 9.83% while it is 832 million in the whole year of 2011. Among which production of radial tire is 393 million which takes 47.25% of the total production.

View from production in different provinces and cities, Shandong rubber tire production in 2011 is 300 million with a year-on-year growth rate of 3.12% and takes 36.60% of the national total production. Then follows Jiangsu, Zhejiang and An’hui which total production is 12.94%, 11.63% and 9.52%.

There is a boom in domestic auto consumption in 2009. According to the using regulation of tire, there is a tire replacement peak for this batch of auto since 2012. Current inventory for domestic auto is about 104 million. If auto will change tire in every 3 years, tire replacement demand in 2012 is about 167 million, up about 19% comparing with that in 2011. And the annual increased demand of replacement tire is about 25 million during the “twelfth five years”.
